Analysis of the Gaussian Beam on a Corrugated Dielectric Interface

This paper presents the analysis of the Gaussian light beam at a planar and a corrugated dielectric interfaces using Beam Propagation Method (BPM). The Reflected and Transmitted fields are investigating at total reflection. The results obtained through that method are in accordance with the theory of the non-specular phenomena of the electromagnetic field interaction at the same situation. Additionally, they are in agreement with theoretical predictions and significant improvement over the previously published results
