PERFORMANCE AND ANALYSIS OF IMS SERVING PRIORITY TRAFIC TWO CLASSES

Adel Bentaher, KamaruzzamanSeman

AnIMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) is a key technology of next generations networks to enable NSPs (Network Service Providers) to provide various services over IP based fixed and mobile networks. During traffic jam the flow through Serving Call Session Control Function (S CSCF) will be massive for large amount of packets. In this paper, we propose a mathematical model to analyse the system-performance of the IMS services during heavy traffic. Classification the packets with high priority class and low priority class to reduce mean average Delay time of high priority class
